|2020 Enlighten Conference & Expo|
After calling a special board meeting on Monday, March 16, the Chapter’s Board of Directors has decided to postpone Conference & Expo scheduled for April 16, 2020 to a date yet to be determined. The monthly e-newsletter, Design Expressed, was distributed Monday with the news that Conference was still being held. Unfortunately the newsletter had already been scheduled to go out electronically prior to the latest CDC announcements, and could not be retracted after scheduling. We will continue to email updates directly to members.
The Chapter Board will be looking for an alternate date later this fiscal year and for a space that can accommodate our Conference needs. Registrants and exhibitors will be given the option of transferring their fees to the future date or requesting a refund now. If the fees are transferred to a future date that is unavailable to the person/company, they will also have the option of requesting a refund at that time.
We remain extremely excited about our annual Conference & biennial Expo, and look forward to bringing you the incredible experience we have been working towards for this event. We will keep you posted on all developments.

REGISTER BY APRIL 10! Registration includes all CEUs, lunch and Expo. Be sure to sign-in as a member to receive the member discounted rate. The EXPO is a highly anticipated part of the conference. It is an excellent way to showcase your company and products to designers, architects, and the next generation of design professionals which are current students in the field of interior design.
The EXPO setup will be from 8:00-11:30 am. EXPO hours will be 1:00 - 2:45 pm. Booth participants are welcome to provide door prize items. Registration deadline is March 16, 2020 and booths are sold on a first- come, first-serve basis with Chapter Sponsors and ASID Industry Partners taking priority. Booth registration consists of one 10'x10' pipe & drape booth with skirted table, two chairs and wastebasket. Please note that lunch is NOT included; however, IP members may register separately for the lunch for $35 per person. Electricity, extra tables, etc. may be ordered directly from the Embassy Suites through an order form provided by the Chapter Administrator. The Loading dock on the North side of the Conference Center will be the unloading/loading area for exhibitors.
Booth rates are $595 for non-members and $395 for Industry Partner (IP) members. NOTE: You must be logged into your Chapter member account to get the discounted rate. If you are a Chapter Sponsor (Platinum, Silver or Bronze), you get an even deeper discount. Contact the Chapter Administrator for your promo code to use at checkout.

If you have interest in becoming an event co-sponsor, monetary donations are available to supply breakfast, lunch, and snacks with a minimum of a $250 donation. Sponsorships can be reserved online.
